Trip Recount

Hi,
I'm Nia from St Francis of Assisi School.

On the 20th of May we went to Margaret Mahy with my class and I. First we went to Victoria Square. Then we went to Margaret Mahy to learn about the story. Third we went to the mats and we fed the eels. And last we went to the waka. We said HE! HA!

My favourite part of the trip was mostly everything because I learnt some things about James Cook and Queen Victoria. I heard that where Margaret Mahy is used to be a pool! I also loved playing at the playground.

Something I learnt was that before the earthquakes Margaret Mahy used to be a pool.

The thing I found the most interesting was about the eels. The females are bigger than the males.

This trip has helped me with my PBL because I had lots of fun and I learnt some REALLY cool things.

  3. Hi Nia.
I really like your trip recount. I like the way you put the thing you liked best. Maybe next time you could add a bit more about the places you went to.
    Keep up the good work.
